On the App Store and Google Play

Your phone,
for the software that isn't on it.

Lauther is a free notifications app for Android and iPhone. Anything that can make an HTTP request — a script, a server, a web app, an AI agent — can put a notification on your phone. When it asks you a question, your tap sends the answer back. Nothing happens without you.

Android on Google Play, iPhone on the App Store — both live now, both free.

# the whole integration
curl -X POST https://api.lauther.id/v1/push \
  -d '{"token":"lpt_…","title":"Backup finished",
       "message":"412 files in 2 min"}'
  • Your agent asks before it acts — a deploy, a payment, a deletion arrives with Approve and Deny, and a timeout is read as no
  • Your own things, reaching you — the freezer warming up, the backup that finished, the door left unlocked
  • Sign in without a password — a glance at your phone, and a different name for every site you use
  • A throwaway email address for the site that demands one — their mail arrives as a notification, and you can end it in a tap

What it does

What software can ask you for

An agent on a laptop, a script on a server, a web app in a browser tab: Lauther is how they reach you where you are, one request at a time, and each one is answered by you.

It tells you

Order shipped, backup finished, someone at the door. Messages land on your lock screen, sorted by your priorities, with quiet hours only the urgent may cross. Supporters get the picture too, not just the sentence.

It asks you

Some moments need a decision — a deploy, a payment, an agent about to act. The question arrives with its own buttons, waits for your thumb, and carries your answer straight back. Ask for a fingerprint and the answer says a person gave it.

It knows you

Sign in to a site with a glance at your phone. Each site knows you by a name you chose just for it — and you can end any of those relationships in one tap, whenever you please.

For agents

Give your agent your pocket

It asks, you answer, nothing happens without you. Add the MCP server to Claude Code, Cursor or Windsurf, and the agent puts the question on your phone before it deploys, deletes or spends.

INSTALL

One line of config

{"mcpServers": {"lauther": {
  "command": "npx",
  "args": ["-y", "lauther-mcp"],
  "env": {"LAUTHER_TOKEN": "lpt_…"}
}}}

The token comes from the app: Apps → + → New token.

WHAT THE AGENT SEES

Three answers, three different instructions

APPROVED after 34s. Confirmed by biometric.
DENIED after 9s. Do not proceed. Do not retry…
NO ANSWER after 120s. Silence is not consent…

A refusal and a silence both stop the agent, and each says why in words the model has to read.

Both sides of the same coin

Made for people. Loved by builders.

IF YOU JUST WANT THE APP

Install once, covered everywhere

One inbox for everything, a different name for every site, your fingerprint instead of passwords — and every safety feature free, permanently. That's the whole deal.

IF YOU BUILD THINGS

All of it, one HTTP call away

curl -X POST https://api.lauther.id/v1/push \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer lpt_…" \
  -d '{"title":"Backup finished"}'

Push, approvals and sign-in over plain HTTPS. Works with the tools you already run — from curl to Home Assistant to GitHub Actions.

Working today, for everyone

The address that answers to you

A site wants an email address. Mint one that exists for that site alone — their mail arrives on your lock screen as a notification, and the address lasts exactly as long as you want it to. It works from the first minute, on the free tier, with nothing to configure. Five addresses on the free tier at launch; Supporter lifts the ceiling. The limit is on making new ones — the addresses you already hold keep working, whatever tier you are on.

IF YOU READ THE NEWSLETTERS

A channel you hold the switch on

Give every newsletter its own address. Their mail reaches you as a notification you can read at a glance, in the same inbox as everything else that matters.

Finished with one? Delete the address and delivery ends at our door that second — your decision, taken on your phone, effective immediately. It beats asking a sender to stop, because it takes effect whoever ends up holding the address.

IF YOU SEND THE NEWSLETTERS

The lock screen, not the promotions tab

Mail to a Lauther alias travels a direct path to the app and surfaces as a notification — the channel your reader already trusts for things that matter. Deliverability scoring and folder sorting sit outside that route entirely.

And every alias is one person who chose to hear from you and can end it themselves in a tap. What stays on your list is an audience that wants to be there.

Three demos, all of them real

Tell us what to build next.

Lauther is early and the roadmap is genuinely still being set — so a feature you want has a real chance of landing. Send the thing you wish it did, the thing that annoyed you, or the tool you want it to work with: hello@lauther.id reaches a human, and every message gets read. What free covers →
